Revision Policy

We provide revisions depending on the package you selected. Customers can request unlimited free revisions, and we will revise their design without any additional charges, provided that the design and concept remain the same. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Deposited funds for a project are non-refundable after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved or a change is requested, unless Perfect Horizon cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance. All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
  • Initial Concepts: If you request a refund when the initial concepts for a logo are offered, the refund offer becomes void once you approve or request changes in the initial designs.
  • Before Initial Design Concepts: If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • Within 48 Hours: If a refund request is made within 48 hours of initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • Between 48-120 Hours: If a refund request is made between 48-120 hours of the initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • After 120 Hours: No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of the initial design delivery. However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you're encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
  • Inactive Orders: No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. If you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a fee depending on your project.
  • Final Files Delivered: No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
  • Website Packages: No refund will be entertained once website development has been completed or the website has been deployed live.
  • Video Animation Packages: No refund request will be entertained after the designing of the storyboard.
  • Support Department: All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Perfect Horizon reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request based on the violation of your user agreement on a case-by-case basis.
  • Custom Packages: Refunds for custom packages will be applicable the same as for single packages. For example, if you order a logo and web design service and approve the logo, you can claim a refund for the website service at the time of initial design only.
  • Valid Reason: A refund request must have a valid reason, which must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given; however, further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.
  • Good Faith: The money-back guarantee is based on the order being placed in good faith. If a customer places design orders with multiple design agencies for the same job intending to claim a refund, we do not consider it in good faith. In such a case, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • Customer Feedback: All design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design. Therefore, it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback to achieve the desired results.
  • Unique Design Guarantee: The 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if our designed logo is found to be considerably similar to another logo design that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing design will be merely a coincidence, and Perfect Horizon will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case. It is the client's responsibility to get their artwork copyrighted.
  • Payment Processing Disclaimer: If the client is unable to complete the payment through the provided link due to any issue, the company reserves the right to process the payment independently.

How to Claim Your Refund

To ensure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:
  • Specify Your Concern: Claim your refund by specifying your concern through any of the following modes:
  • Resolution Process: We will try to resolve your concern immediately in accordance with our revision policy. If we are unable to resolve it, we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
  • Design Rights: After the refund is processed, your design rights will be obtained by Perfect Horizon, and you will not be able to display any version of the design sent by the company. Specifically:
    • Transfer of Rights: Since the design rights will now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
    • Copyright Restrictions:Working in collaboration with government copyright agencies, Perfect Horizon will share copyright acquisition information for the refunded designs to restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.
